The design is individually carved by hand into the clay, with hundreds of small marks creating the texture of the hare’s coat and the bold, almost linocut quality of the surrounding botanicals.

The softly rounded form is finished with two simple hand-formed handles and a sage green celadon satin glaze, which pools gently around the carving and allows the natural warmth and character of the stoneware to show through.

Designed to be both beautiful and useful, the dish is oven proof, making it perfect for serving straight from oven to table.
