A statement hand-built terracotta vase, standing approximately 35cm tall. The generous form has been carefully hand carved with intricate floral detailing, inspired by wildflowers and the changing Sussex countryside.
Created slowly over three weeks, every flower has been individually drawn and carved by hand, making this a truly one-of-a-kind piece. The warm natural terracotta contrasts beautifully with the delicate botanical decoration, while the interior is finished with a soft cream glaze so it can be used for flowers and branches.
A functional vessel, but also a piece of ceramic art designed to be displayed and treasured.

The Wildflower Vase
Gathered from hedgerow, field and lane,
small flowers caught in clay remain.
Carved slowly by a maker’s hand,
a little piece of Sussex land.
Long after summer slips away,
the wildflowers quietly stay.
